Petona is a privately owned company, originally founded in 2003 as Free2mail Limited. At that time Free2mail provided electronic brochures which could be tracked, allowing the sender to analyse the response and to make contact where appropriate. This concept proved extremely successful. We then introduced our own telemarketing standard named Qualified Delivery which, back then, involved ensuring that our clients brochures were received by the correct individual in the targeted company. This process produced a much higher level of qualified leads which, in turn, produced positive appointments. We have further developed our Qualified Delivery and this has assisted Petona in becoming one of the country's top telemarketing companies.
The founders of Petona are Donna Joseph and Peter Davies who, when combined represent a unique fusion of personal communication and ITskills enabling Petona to build a unique on-line telemarketing and reporting system and to develop training and communications skills that allow the company to run without offices and without boundaries.
In 2009 Free2mail Limited was renamed Petona Limited to reflect the changes in the business model and to cement the brand values that have been developed.
